Honestly no complaints. Nice comfy base for 5 nights. Incredibly comfortable & outstanding room, with an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and air conditioning. Located 5 min walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station.

The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The rooms were well air-conditioned and spotlessly clean, with fresh bedding and towels provided daily. We were impressed with the complimentary toiletries and drinks that were waiting for us upon arrival. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to all the main attractions and amenities. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance.

We found the cooking facilities to be quite limited, with only a sandwich toaster available. It would have been beneficial to have a microwave for more cooking options.
